Privacy Notice
What we collect
When you sign in, we receive your account email and may receive your display name. We store your sportsbook preferences, saved builds, subscription and legal-consent status, and limited service activity needed for reliability, fraud prevention, and security.
How we use it
We use account information to provide user-specific features, protect access, operate billing, diagnose failures, and improve model calibration. Sportsbook odds are not used to calculate model probabilities.
Service providers
Infrastructure, authentication, sports data, and payment providers process limited information required to deliver their services. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by FairMetrik. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and choices
Saved builds and preferences are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may remove saved builds in the app. Account deletion and data-access requests will be available before public launch.
Your choices
You may delete saved builds in the app and change sportsbook preferences at any time. A process for account access, correction, export, and deletion requests will be available before subscriptions open. Some billing, security, and legal records may be retained when required.
Age limitation
The service is intended only for people age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Provider credentials stay server-side and access is limited by account ownership. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the account support channel.
