Terms of Use
Information service only
FairMetrik provides statistical probability estimates and research tools. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, place bets, operate as a sportsbook, or guarantee outcomes. The estimates are general information, not individualized gambling or financial advice.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 21 years old to subscribe or use betting-related features. You may use the service only where this content is lawful, and you remain responsible for complying with local law and sportsbook terms.
Data and intellectual property
Users receive derived probabilities and limited supporting information. Raw provider data, database access, bulk downloads, scraping, resale, and redistribution are prohibited. Team names may be used descriptively; the service is not affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, the NFL, their clubs, or any sportsbook.
No guarantee
Statistics can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Lineups, injuries, markets, and game status can change after an estimate is created. Multi-leg estimates multiply uncertainty and may not fully capture correlation between outcomes. Use the service at your own risk.
Accounts and subscriptions
The public plan is $7 per month after a 14-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, billing begins automatically and continues monthly until canceled. You can cancel online at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Charges are nonrefundable except where required by law, and taxes may apply. The trial and billing remain inactive during the owner-only beta.
Changes and suspension
We may update features or these terms, discontinue the service, or suspend access for misuse, attempts to extract raw data, or interference with the service. Material subscription changes will be disclosed before they take effect, together with cancellation instructions.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as available without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, FairMetrik is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or gambling losses, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before a claim. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Governing law
Virginia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Virginia. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
Contact
Questions and legal notices can be sent through the support contact shown in the account area once public subscriptions open.
